What S.U.G.A.R. Does

S.U.G.A.R. is a Canadian national charity which provides advocacy and lobbying for diabetic needs as well as finding compassionate coverages for those in need. Contact the office through either email or voice message for further details.

Great News - Applications are being developed for “other control devices” as well as “other assistance considerations” these will be posted on the website when available; for now please use the current application for requests for assistance through S.U.G.A.R.
At this time applicant must be a resident of Canada. All applicants must sign a Release of Liability and a Declaration of trust.

The review process involves 4 stages, during which the applicant may be contacted as they pass each stage. The applicant will definitely be contacted at phase one and at the final review phase. The application original and supporting documents must be sent via post office mail or courier (however we prefer applicants to keep their costs down) to the S.U.G.A.R. address located on each page. more.....
